At Luar Dresses, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have the right to exchange your product for a store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Orders returned outside of the 14-day return window will not be accepted.
- There is no warranty for issues caused by washing. Any damage after washing is the customer's responsibility.
- Sale items and dresses from the Exclusive Collection can not be returned!

In such cases, Luar Dresses will return the dress to you at your expense. The customer is responsible for cooperating with this process.
