At Luar Dresses, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have the right to exchange your product for a store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
  • Orders returned outside of the 14-day return window will not be accepted.
  • There is no warranty for issues caused by washing. Any damage after washing is the customer's responsibility.
  • Sale items and dresses from the Exclusive Collection can not be returned!
